Words: Brilliant Energy

Words are living entities. When we speak our words cause action in the spiritual realm.  The Lord gave man power and dominion. One of the ways that we have power is through the word of God and our words period. Even if a man is not  speaking the word of God his words still have power.  The word says, “What goes into someone’s mouth does not defile them, but what comes out of their mouth, that is what defiles them.”-Matthew 15:11. The words you speak have the ability to desecrate you.  This is the same concept for the law of attraction. This philosophy, as defined by Wikipedia, is used to sum up the idea that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts a person brings positive or negative experiences into their life. This belief is based upon the idea that people and their thoughts are both made from “pure energy”, and the belief that like energy attracts like energy. Although this  is considered a new age idea it is not, it is a biblical principle.   When words are  used with intent and when it is the word of God that is being spoken the power of the words increase exponentially. The word of God is eternal which means that nothing can destroy it. Matthew 24:35 says, “Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.” If you are speaking the word of God over your life with intent and understanding then nothing can destroy it. The person speaking the  word of God has the power of free will, you can remove your own words even when speaking the word of God. It is  very important once a person has the understanding of how powerful the word of God is that you are not careless.  In Mathew 12:36 it says, “I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the day of judgment for every empty word they have spoken.” Speaking carelessly comes with a cost.

The words we speak are alive this is why prayer is so effective. When we pray we are creating activity in the spiritual realm. The angles harken to the word of God.  In Daniel 10:12 the angel tells Daniel, “Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.”  He  responded to Daniels prayer right away but he had demonic opposition from the Prince of Persia. In the spiritual realm your prayers will face demonic opposition. This is why the bible tells us to faint not, and to fight the good fight of faith because you will need it when praying. A great illustration of this is a testimony from an x satanic agent who explains his experience on how the  devil stops prayer (https://youtu.be/cS2g3t7tKN4)  The devil does anything to stop people from praying but requires for his servants to pray and fast immensely.

Words themselves are intelligent. Intelligent meaning bright, clever, brilliant, etc. They are also energy. Energy meaning they have the ability to do work.   Andrew Newberg, M.D. is an American neuroscientist and author of the book, Words Can Change Your Brain. (https://youtu.be/ogemak1OnnA )    He understands how words work. He explains how lauguage or  words, such as “peace” and “love,” can alter the expression of genes, strengthening areas in our frontal lobes and promoting the brain’s cognitive functioning or our thinking, remembering or reasoning ability. He understands how words can be used to improve our ability to perform everyday task.

The very science of words is a direct reflection of the level of power and responsibility God has given man. He gave us dominion, he gave us authority over all principalities, we are seated in Christ at the right hand of the father and the very words we speak bring forth manifestations from the spiritual realm into the natural. These manifestations can work for or against us depending on how we use our power. Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
